Luca Parmitano is a 36-year old Italian astronaut and Italian Air Force test pilot.
He’s curently orbiting the Earth in the International Space Station.
During his journey in the space, Parmitano, a flight engineer for Expedition 36, launched to the station on May 28, 2013, is not only taking some breathtaking images on the most beautiful spots on our planet that he’s publishing on his Facebook page.
During his first spacewalk on Jul. 10, he took some really stunning images, including a couple of “selfie” ones.
